Returns
Our goal is for you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If the part you purchased is not what you desired, please contact us for a return
authorization by calling or emailing us. You may return any item in new condition
and in the original packaging within 30 days. Damaged or lost parts will not
be subject to refund. Electrical parts will be refunded only if they have not
been installed. Freight will not be refunded if return is due to customer error.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise, using the
pricing chart on the right. Some items that are extremely heavy will carry an additional
cost. Next Day or Second Day delivery is available at your request and billed
at the prevailing UPS rates added to your order.
